As Senior Manager of Business Systems & Member Engagement at CASSS, I blend strategy, tech, and community to power innovation and connection. I lead the optimization of tools like re:Members, Slack, Zoom, and Acumen among others, to streamline operations, while launching dynamic engagement initiatives—webinars, virtual programs and communities, mentoring, and more—that bring the biopharma community together beyond conferences. With a focus on impact, I drive strategic projects, spark collaboration, and champion tech-driven solutions that elevate both member experience and team performance.
Outside of work, you’ll soon find me adventuring across the U.S. in my travel trailer—laptop, wifi, and curiosity in tow. I’m also a certified SUP coach, paddling with Nor Cal SUP Groms, where we teach water safety and open up the joy of the water to kids who might not otherwise have access. Work hard, paddle harder!
